As a service to our clients, our menu has been created using the information provided by our suppliers. Choose Fit Nutrition assumes no responsibility for its use and information (which has not been verified by Choose Fit Nutrition). Every effort has been made to keep this information current. However, it is possible that ingredient changes and substitutions may occur due to recipe revisions, preparation techniques and/or the season of the year. 

 

Please be advised that all of our foods are prepared in a common kitchen and that Choose Fit Nutrition cannot guarantee that cross-contact with other gluten-containing products will not occur. As a result, we cannot recommend this for people with Celiac Disease. Our gluten-free offerings are designed for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons. Our staff is not trained on the intricacies of Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance and cannot be expected to provide recommendations or other advice. We highly recommend that our clients with food allergies or special dietary needs consult with a team member prior to placing an order to ensure the posted information is accurate and represents the menu items available at that time.

While peanuts or other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in our menu items, all our menu items are produced in the same area where products containing various nut items are present. Though best practices are used in the preparation of our menu items, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.

Our staff is not trained on the intricacies of various food allergies and cannot be expected to provide recommendations or other advice. We highly recommend that our clients with food allergies or special dietary needs consult with a team member prior to placing an order to ensure the posted information is accurate and represents the menu items available at that time.

Given the perishable nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable. If you wish to pause or cancel your order for any reason, please notify Choose Fit Nutrition before the order cut off times. To cancel/skip a delivery/pickup, please notify us by the Thursday before by 4pm. Refunds are in the form of Clean Plates dollars and will be applied to your digital wallet for use towards future purchases. All nutritional information listed for each product/meal is an estimate/approximation and can vary based on small differences in serving size, and variation in the quality of ingredients from dish to dish. Listed meals/menus are subject to change without notice. Ingredients in dishes are subject to change without notice. Menus rotate twice every week. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We deliver to most zip codes in the Metro Detroit Area including Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Wayne counties. We may service some outlying areas so feel free to email us if you have any questions. Additional delivery fees may apply.
